To attend a testing even you must print and sign the release waiver form and bring it with you on the day of the test. This applies to everyone; handlers, volunteers and spectators. If you bring a minor you will need to sign the form for them.

The application period begins Dec 6, 2024, We will work to get everyone in, however the test will likely fill up, so apply early for the best chance of securing a spot. Your understanding and patience with this process will help us all work together to provide options to help everyone.

Go to NAVHDA.org

Navigate to MENU > MEMBER PORTAL – you must create a portal login if you haven’t already.

Once you have logged in and added your dog, go to UPCOMING TESTS and find the San Diego Test on March 21, 2025

Register your dog in the test and submit. You will immediately receive an email from NAVHDA.ORG confirming your application. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from SAN DIEGO NAVHDA with additional information and a link to pay.

Refunds will be given for cancellations up to February 21st . After that, refunds will only be issued if we have another dog to fill the spot.
You are not on the official roster until completing the above AND receiving a confirmation from the test secretary.
Eligibility
All dogs entered in NAVHDA tests must be NAVHDA registered. Forms and information can be found at www.navhda.org. Dogs are eligible for a scored Natural Ability thru 16 months of age. Handler must be a member of NAVHDA International.
